     Dr. Levine is a world renowned speaker and University Professor of New Testament and Jewish Studies, Mary Jane Werthan Professor of Jewish Studies, and Professor of New Testament Studies at Vanderbilt Divinity School and College of Arts and Science; she is also Affiliated Professor, Centre for the Study of Jewish-Christian Relations, Cambridge, UK  Dr. Levine is also a Disciple Bible Study presenter, a popular lecturer and a widely sought-after speaker.

     Improve your biblical literacy and re-encounter the New Testament as a great repository of literary genius.  This is the promise of Professor Levine’s vivid portraits of the cast of characters in the New Testament.  While most of the figures treated are real, historical people, at least two (the Prodigal Son and the Good Samaritan) are fictional protagonists in stories told by Jesus within Luke’s Gospel and from the Book of Acts.

Strengthen  your faith by exercising your spiritual muscles.   There are two groups, one that meets on Wednesday mornings 8:45-11:45am and one that meets on Thursday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm.
